Mango Vodka Spritzer

Here is my Mango Vodka Spritzer. One of the easiest, minimal ingredient cocktails you can make if you're craving something just fruity enough, with the sizzle of a little bubbly. This one is goooood.

This is probably one of the easiest cocktail recipes I've shared so far so make sure you try it out. No need for any fancy cocktail shaker, straining or anything else you dread when you're craving a drink fast.

If you aren't quite updated in the world of Em's Prairie Kitchen, we're doing Friday Happy Hour all summer which includes a new happy hour "beverage" recipe every week. This is the third one, so if you want to check out the others, here are the previous two Friday Happy Hour recipes:

Mango Vodka Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vodka

  • ½ ounce mango juice

  • 1 tablespoon mango chunks (optional)

  • ¼-½ cup sparkling white wine, rosé, or champagne

  • ice

Directions

  1. In a cocktail or short glass, add the ice, vodka, mango chunks, mango juice, and then top it all off with sparkling wine until the cup is full.

  2. Enjoy!

You can enjoy this as a substitute to your regular mimosa if you have something to celebrate. It's just fruity enough, bubbly with the wine, and extra boozy with the vodka. Look out though, I make my drinks pretty strong.

On that note, feel free to decrease the vodka and increase the mango juice if you want a weaker drink.
