Herb and balsamic marinated grilled pork chops are a delicious protein to add to a harvest salad or or your favourite meal.
I love a flavour-filled protein source as a part of any meal. It's so easy to add a bland piece of meat to your meal just to make sure you're checking all your nutritional boxes, but adding punches of flavour from herbs, vinegar, and marinating in all the goodness can really level up your meal.
These pork chops are ideally marinated and placed in the fridge the day before you plan on cooking them because it really allows the flavour to soak in. However, if all you have is 1-2 hours to marinate - that's also fine!

Enjoy with your favourite grilled garden veggies or add to a harvest salad!
These pork chops are a great addition to any meal for the spring, summer, fall, or anytime you can grill. Of course, you can also make these in a skillet in the winter as well and I'm sure they would be amazing.
