Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Hello! It's about time I share another pizza recipe because there can never be enough! This Buffalo Chicken Pizza is super easy because it can be made with leftover chicken and whatever veggies you have in the fridge, if you want any on it. This recipe also includes a homemade buffalo sauce which is also very easy but worth making it yourself!

Cook Time: 15-20 min
1 pizza crust, store-bought or homemade (click here for my homemade recipe).
1 1/2 cup shredded chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store)
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 roma tomato
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried basil
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sliced mozzarella
3/4 cup salted butter, melted
1/4 cup hot sauce or sriracha
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
Preheat oven to 450 and if using, put a pizza stone in the oven to heat up. If using a baking pan, don't worry about this part.
Make the buffalo sauce and in a bowl, toss the chicken and half the buffalo sauce together. Then, pour the other half on the flattened pizza dough once it's on the pan or stone.
Slice the tomato and lay on the dough. Then, add the spinach, chicken, basil, red pepper flakes and the cheese.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, when the crust is started to golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut and serve!
Some optional toppings or additions for this pizza are green onions, ranch, peppers, or more tomatoes. I added green onions on top and dipped it in ranch and it was very good. I mean, how good does that sound paired with cheesy, spicy, doughy pizza?
