We love a low maintenance happy hour cocktail and this 3-ingredient rum punch is just that. It's just sweet enough, boozy enough, and goes down easy enough on a summer evening.
This cocktail is perfect to make when cherries are in season - which just happens to be now! If you're reading this when they're not, feel free to sub them in with your favourite (preferably juicy) fruit like strawberries or raspberries.
A note about this recipe - it's not a carbonated punch, but feel free to use a tall glass rather than a highball glass and top it off with soda water, 7-Up, or ginger ale. If you want to make this into a big patch, times the recipe by however many servings you want, mix in a pitcher, and enjoy!

See? How easy was that? If you try this one out, send me a pic of you enjoying it. I think you will!
